Introducing the fruit bar among the chocolates: WholeFruit

 

Barry Callebaut Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, introduced a next-gen food & drink category using a fruit that used to be discarded as waste for 70%. One of the innovative range of products that celebrates the fresh, fruity taste and natural richness of the cacaofruit is WholeFruit Chocolate, which is made with 100 percent pure cacaofruit.

Before the launch, which took place in San Fransisco in 2019, a select audience of industry experts and international media were present to get insights on the consumer of tomorrow. Besides international presence of global media at the launch event, it was also broadcasted live for press spread around the globe.

The news got picked up by global news agencies and media because specials and interviews with press were set up beforehand.
