Ruby, the fourth type of chocolate

 

Barry Callebaut Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, made one of the biggest discoveries in the history of chocolate. Eighty years after the reveal of Milk chocolate, the Swiss b2b company revealed the fourth type of chocolate.

Before the launch, which took place in September 2017 in Shanghai, a small company of chocolate experts and international were part of a 24 hour program. The news got picked up within 24 hours by global news agencies and media because we set up specials and interview with press beforehand.
